For Thanksgiving this year, we are having a sweet apricot glazed baked ham, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus with lemon and baked rolls. I'm what I consider a "Pinch Cook"; you know, "a pinch of this and a pinch of that". I made up this recipe using what I had on hand, for the glazed ham and it smells just scrumptious! Home-made Pumpkin Pie with CoolWhip for dessert!

Apricot Glazed Ham
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a medium size bowl mix:
1 cup of good white wine
1/2 jar of Smuckers sugar free apricot preserves
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
Whisk well and set aside.

Spray Pam on bottom of glass or metal baking pan that is big enough to accommodate an 8 to 10 lb ham. Place cold ham in baking dish and and then cover it with the glaze. Cover with tinfoil (tented) and then bake 20 - 25 minutes per pound. Remove it, and let it sit at least 5 minutes before carving.
